What is Fukuoka famous for?
Fukuoka is famous for its beautiful Hakata dolls, made from clay. and This Northern Part of Japan is known for ancient temples, beaches and modern shopping malls, including Canal City. Maizuru Park contains ruins of 17th-century Fukuoka Castle. The central Hakata district contains Tōchō-ji Temple, home to a 10m wooden Buddha and the Hakata Machiya Folk Museum, with displays on daily life in the Meiji and Taishō eras.Fukuoka is only 200 kilometres from Busan and is popular with South Korean holidaymakers. Fukuoka is said to be the oldest city in Japan because it is the nearest Japanese city to China and the Korean Peninsula.

* Glover Garden or Glover Hills
The former Glover residence, which was designated as a national property of cultural importance, as well as other famous Westerner’s residences such as the Ringer and Alt residences that were formerly dotted about the city, have been relocated into the garden. Since Nagasaki is a city having a lot of hills, moving sidewalks and escalators are provided throughout the whole garden, as well as attractive wall fountains and cobbled walking trails. Over 1,000,000 people from home and abroad visit this exotic sight seeing spot every year. * Daizafu Tenmangu Shrine
Among the hundreds of Tenmangu Shrines throughout Japan, Dazaifu's (Dazaifu Tenmangū) is the most important one alongside Kyoto's Kitano Tenmangu. Tenmangu Shrines are dedicated to the spirit of Sugawara Michizane, a scholar and politician of the Heian Period. Because of his great learning, Michizane has been associated with Tenjin, a Shinto deity of education, and is popular among students.
* Huis Ten Bosch
Fukuoka is also the home of "HUIS TEN BOSCH" a dutch-themed amusement park which contains a replica of one of the official residences of the Dutch Royal Family. The Dutch have had a long and deep historical relationship with Nagasaki. The area of the park is 152 hectares in total and has 400,000 trees and 100,000 flowers throughout the year. The town has various shops and restaurants, theaters, museums, art museums, amusement facilities, hotels and villas, as well as banks, hospitals and fire stations.6 kilometers of canals crisscross the town in all directions. Each area has a name associated with Holland and has a certain function in the town.
* Asahi Factory -Hakata
Asahi Beer’s Hakata Brewery is the only brewery in Fukuoka City. The company’s Super Dry beer and other beverages are brewed here and shipped throughout Kyushu and Yamaguchi Prefectures. On this tour, we learned about the history of beer as well as the brewing process from a professional tour guide, and top off the experience with a freshly-made Super Dry beer!

The Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum (Nagasaki Genbaku Shiryōkan) is in the city of Nagasaki, Japan. The museum is a remembrance to the atomic bombing of Nagasaki by the United States of America 9 August 1945 at 11:02:35 am

The Arita Porcelain Park is a small theme park located in Arita town, Saga Prefecture, Japan. The Porcelain Park is a recreation of a traditional German village, and is located just on the outskirts of Arita on the road to Hasami. Most stunning is the reproduction of the “Zwinger,” a famous palace in the German city of Dresden.The theme park also houses various stores selling both traditional Japanese and European-style products.
